For your financial protection Evergreen tours is a fully licensed travel agency - tour operator.

Booking Terms and Conditions: A down-payment of 30% is required to confirm the service or your accommodation .Balance should be paid upon arrival
Group-packages should be paid according our contract!
Cancellation Policy: Except the Bank-costs the down-payment is fully refunded in case of cancellation 28 days or more before arrival. From 28 days to 14 days the half ( 50%) of the deposit is kept . Less than 14 days before check-in then 100% of the down-payment is kept.
