How to Book a EVERGREEN Tour and payment
Early application is recommended to avoid disappointment. Complete the Booking or Contact form and return to Evergreen tours or by e mail to

Deposits Required
A down-payment of 30% is required to confirm the accommodation the tours or the service. Group-packages should be paid according written agreement.

Payment of Balance
The full payment is due one calendar month prior to departure.

Confirmation of Booking
Upon receipt of your completed booking form and deposit we will send you a confirmation receipt.

How to Pay
By transfer to one of our bank accounts in Greece , or Paypal account or by credit card subject to completing our credit card authorisation form. We do not accept American Express cards. Please Note: Credit card charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Flight arrangements
It is your own responsibility to book and pay for your flights to Greece. Greek

Government Taxes
These taxes are included in the basic price of the tour.

Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint, Evergreen Tours must receive notification in writing not later than 14 days after the end of the tour. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. Discussion of any criticisms with us whilst you are in residence will usually enable shortcomings to be rectified straightaway. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example, regarding preparation or heating of the Property) cannot possibly be investigated unless registered whilst you are in residence. If any complaint cannot be resolved during your holiday, you must write to us with full details within 14 days of the end of it.

Special Requests
Any special requests made on your booking form will be noted and we will do our best to provide these for you. We cannot, however, guarantee to comply with your request.

Insurance It is essential that you have full insurance cover in force for the duration of the tour. Please note your insurance will not be effective and you will not be covered for cancellation charges until you pay the full premium. We also recommend ensuring you have cancellation cover in place for all tours, from the time of booking.

Except otherwise stated, Tour or package or any product cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following sca

Short Tours:
for full day and half-day tours, a full refund (except bank costs) will be made up to 14 days prior to tour departure date and time. Cancellation within 14 calendar days before the services begin, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Multiday tours:
once booked, cancellations 100% apply for those cancelled 1-15 days prior to tour departure date and time and 50% apply for those cancelled 16-30 days prior to tour departure date and time.

Special Requests & Cruises:
as well as Special request / Tailor Made Tours / Attractions / Products including Ferry or Flight ticket: - Cancellation more than 30 calendar days before the services begin, you will be charged 20% cancellation fee, excluding ferry / flight tickets that there is no refund for them - Cancellation between 30 to 16 calendar days before services begin: You will be charged 50% cancellation fee, excluding ferry / flight tickets that there is no refund for them. Cancellation between 15 to 1 calendar days or less before the service: you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Changes by Evergreen Tours:
At present all information regarding the tour has been checked and is, to the best of our knowledge, correct. However, for reasons beyond our control, changes may need to be made to hotels, programmes and leaders. We cannot therefore guarantee that itineraries and programmes will be followed as published.

Cancellation by EBERGREEN TOURS:
Sometimes there has to be a minimum number of participants on a tour to make it viable, and if this is not reached we reserve the right either (a) to cancel the tour or (b) to offer to provide the tour at an increased cost, and to cancel the same only if an agreement cannot be reached for participants to pay such increased costs within the time specified by us. In either event notice of cancellation must be given by us at least six weeks before the departure date. If cancellation is necessitated through force majeure - e.g. civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster - we shall refund the portion of payment made to us by clients, which has not been committed irrecoverably by us to the tour. However we can be under no other liability to you in such cases.

1. Evergreen Tours, undertakes to provide the advertised tour arrangements, save that it reserves the right to make reasonable changes, after discussion with the participants, if it is necessary to do so as a result of conditions unforeseen at the date of this contract.
2. Evergreen Tours undertakes to exercise reasonable care in the selection, appointment and instruction of accommodation , providers of transport or other independent contractors.
3. Evergreen Tours will be liable to participants for personal injury loss and damage caused by the negligence of its employees or agents.
4. Evergreen Tours accepts no liability for personal injury loss or damage caused by sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war or force majeure as defined above save insofar as participants are exposed to the risks thereof by the negligence of its employees or agents.

This contract is governed by Greek Law, and in entering into it both parties agree to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
